Looking For Fresh Perspective In A Male Dominated Industry? Noble Renovations with Heritage is lead by a Woman General Contractor.
Heritage Homes & Designs is a full design/build company, specializing in large and small scale renovations. We work with homes and budgets of all shapes and sizes. Along with building and remodeling, Noble renovations with Heritage offers full interior design services. Design and building go hand-in-hand. Our clients can rest assured that each project is handled from both a design perspective and a building perspective.
Noble renovations with Heritage wants not only to meet our clients expectations, but also to exceed them. That is done by establishing a good working relationship with our clients, keeping them well informed of what to expect during the design and building process, staying in constant communication with the clients throughout construction, and keeping a close eye on the quality of all subcontractors’ work.
Our clients will always have direct communication with the owners. Jonathan or Lori will be on the jobsite initially for all estimating purposes, during different phases of construction for quality control, and at completion to ensure the homeowner is 100% satisfied.
We look forward to working with you on your next design, home improvement, or building project!
Small Kitchen Finds Function
Even the smallest of kitchens can work well when the design plan is arranged with every inch of space and function in mind. This undersized kitchen was not working for the homeowners. The original kitchen was losing an opportunity for cabinet and counter space, having two entry points into the already small area. The oven stack located next to the entry door gave a feeling of being closed in, and did not allow a quick and easy spot to drop groceries and goods upon entering. We also saw an immediate alternative to the exposed stairwell line at the ceiling towards the back of the room that left this space lacking a luxury feel.
70’S Rancher Redo
This 1970’s basement rancher was in tremendous need of a facelift. The goal was to open up the main areas in order to take advantage of natural light and allow the space to function within the client’s lifestyle. These clients were wonderful to work with, allowing us the freedom to take artistic liberties as we moved through the project. It might look like a million dollars, but this renovation was completed on a modest budget with mid-grade materials. What makes it work? The secret to success in this project was most certainly the homeowner’s flexibility paired with a beautiful design plan and well-executed high-quality trade work.
Second Floor Repurpose
Sometimes all it takes is a fresh set of eyes. This small home had just come through foreclosure and was in desperate need of an actual master bedroom. What it currently had on the second floor…one 10×9 bedroom, one 8×9 bedroom, and a hall bath in between. Looking through design glasses we could easily see a solution. Moving walls, taking out an unnecessary hallway, and completely rearranging the space gave way to the perfect master bedroom space. This master suite now also has an adjoining master bath and walk-in closet.
